What is a gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a large DTF film where you place multiple designs on one sheet. It helps save money and time — great for printing logos, names, or small graphics all at once.

What file type should I upload?

We recommend PNG files with a transparent background. This makes sure only your design is printed — no unwanted white boxes.

What resolution should my design be?

Your design should be at 300 DPI (dots per inch) for the best quality. Low-resolution files might look blurry when printed.

Can I mix different designs on one gang sheet?

Yes! You can upload and place as many different designs as you like. Just make sure they all fit within the sheet size.

Can I resize or move designs inside the builder?

Absolutely. Our Gang Sheet Builder lets you drag, resize, rotate, copy, or delete any design on the sheet. You control the layout!

Do you check my design before printing?

Yes. We always do a quick quality check. If we see any issues with your file (low resolution, missing transparency, etc.), we’ll contact you before printing.

How do I cut the prints after I receive the sheet?

You can cut your gang sheet using scissors or a paper cutter. We recommend leaving a bit of space between each design to make cutting easier.

Can I reorder the same gang sheet later?

Yes! Before you place your order, you can save your layout. This makes reordering fast and easy next time.

How long does it take to receive my gang sheet?

Once your order is placed, we usually print and ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most packages arrive quickly.
